Part of a Surrey wide project ‘Contemporary Art in the Landscape’, these grass sculptures of human figures are submerged in the turf at Gatton Park in Reigate. Some have been mown and watered while others are left to grow wild or wither. These sculptures reflect my interest in our connection with nature and how we respond to the untamed, wild part of ourselves. I ran a series of workshops with Year 5 schoolchildren as part of this project.
