Glimpses of the Forgotten are a series of site specific interventions where weather balloons are inflated within the confines of an object or architectural space, most recently as part of a show at the Whitechapel Gallery.

The series is an exploration of how we sometimes bury powerful memories even though they affect the way we behave, think, feel, do, are. When confronted they lose their power and are exposed for what they are – pure air, a construct of the mind.
